Our small holiday home, Casa Arti, is located in Štinjan, a quiet suburb of Pula, just 1,5 km from Puntižela Beach and 3 km from the historic city center. Pula offers visitors numerous attractions, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping opportunities. The most famous landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, a Roman-era amphitheater that can be toured and serves as a unique open-air venue for concerts and film events. A short drive from Pula is the fishing village of Fažana, from where excursion boats depart for the Brijuni Islands National Park, a destination well worth visiting. In addition to numerous excursion and entertainment options, you will find a lovingly furnished house and a well-maintained garden with seating, a parasol, and a barbecue.

House for 2-4 persons: Approximately 40 m², single-story. Modernly furnished, the house offers a living/dining area with air conditioning, a pull-out couch (140 x 190 cm), a kitchen, and direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower.

Further details: Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi. The landlords and their friendly, calm dog live on the same property. Free parking is available at the house.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
