Description

The 606 apartments in the lively complex are located in two- and three-storey apartment buildings.

Facilities: Several restaurants, cafés, bars, souvenir stores, newspaper kiosk, store with beach utensils and toys, supermarket, fruit, vegetable and souvenir stalls in season, ambulance, children's playground, ATM. Open-air entertainment center "Zodiak" with live music and entertainment (seasonal). Partially shaded parking spaces throughout the complex (free of charge). WiFi internet available at reception (free of charge).

Apartment for 1-3 persons: approx. 37 m², one double room, living room with sofa bed or couch, kitchenette and dining area, shower/WC, balcony.
Apartment for 2-4 persons: approx. 45 m², one double room, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area, bath or shower/WC, balcony.
Apartment for 4-6 persons: approx. 63 m² in maisonette style. Downstairs there is a kitchen with dining area, a living room with double sofa bed and terrace, shower/WC; upstairs two double rooms with balcony, bath/WC.

Catering: Half board plus with breakfast and evening buffet.

Sport: The sports facilities on the peninsula are almost unlimited - 17 clay tennis courts, tennis school, table tennis, mini golf, handball, basketball and volleyball, bike hire, horse riding, windsurfing, diving school, pedal boats, paddle boats, rowing boats and motorboats, water skiing, parasailing, banana boats and jet skiing.

Beach: The beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag, is approx. 100-200 m from the apartments. Sun loungers, changing cabins, showers and children's playground available. There is also a dog beach.

Pets: allowed for a fee (approx. 25 € per day).

Note: A baby crib is available in all apartment types on request (for a fee, € 5 per day). Please bring your own tea towels.

EXTRAS INCLUDED: Drinks from the vending machine (local wine, local beer and soft drinks) are included with dinner as part of half board.

Poreč - Istria

Porec is the main tourist centre of Istria, situated in the central part of Istria’s west coast. Its history has ancient origins and all the people who have dominated here have left indelible traces, like the Jupiter temple from Roman times, the Roman house and the house of the two holy ones from the Romanesque period. Many Gothic buildings are constructed in the Venetian style as well as other cultural monuments. The best known monument in Porec is for certain the Eufrasian Basilica, from the VI century, where there are conserved some wonderful mosaics of the Byzantine age and which in 1997 was inscribed on the World Heritage List under the protection of UNESCO. The beginnings of tourism date back to the XIX century, but the largest developments were made in the middle of the 60's and at the beginning of the 70's, continuing up to the end of the 20th century. Today, Porec is a celebrated tourist location, with countless facilities for those who love activity vacations ashore or on the sea, but also for lovers of culture, families with children and above all for young people, who can pass pleasant moments in the innumerable bars in the historic town centre. The hinterland offers wine trails, possibilities to rent country houses, medieval small towns and only 8 km away, the opportunity to visit the most well known cave in Istria at Baredine.
