54 rooms: modern and comfortably furnished with heating, air conditioning (centrally controlled), satellite TV, telephone, and a bathroom or shower/toilet. Standard Rooms: approx. 16–20 m², facing the sea, most with a balcony and a view of Rijeka and Kvarner Bay.Economy Rooms: approx. 15 m², similar to Standard Rooms, but without a balcony and facing the city.Hypoallergenic Rooms: approx. 16–20 m², similar to Standard Rooms, but additionally designed to be allergy-friendly—laminate flooring, no decorative curtains, hypoallergenic bedding, duvets, medical mattresses and pillows, Himalayan salt lamps for air ionization, high-quality toiletries with an eco-certificate. In addition, the rooms are cleaned with certified eco-friendly cleaning products.

Meals: Breakfast buffet. Half-board with a choice of dinner menus is available for an additional fee. Dinner is served at the Hotel Continental, located approximately 150 meters away.

Beach: The "Pećine" pebble beach, which has concrete sunbathing areas, is about 1,500 meters away.

Pets: Dogs are allowed for a fee (approx. €15 per day).
