The comfortable complex consists of single-storey terraced houses, each with three residential units (66 apartments in total).

Facilities: Reception, restaurant, café bar, souvenir store, boutique, beauty salon, bureau de change, laundry service, bike and boat rental, children's playground, freshwater swimming pool (usable from mid-May to the end of September) with sun terrace and sun loungers. Stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Guarded parking lot (in the period 01.06.-30.09. 7 € per day, the rest of the time free of charge). WiFi internet available in the complex (free of charge).

Junior apartment for 2-4 people: approx. 36 m² on the second floor, one double room, living room/bedroom with double sofa bed and dining area, separate kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning, shower/WC, balcony. WiFi internet (free of charge). Optionally bookable on the park side or on the sea side.
Superior apartment for 4-6 people: approx. 72 m² on the first floor, two double rooms, living/sleeping room with double sofa bed and dining area, separate kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning, shower/WC, large terrace. WiFi internet (free of charge). Optionally bookable on the park side or on the sea side.

Catering: Accommodation with breakfast. Half board bookable for an extra charge.

Beach: The rocky and pebbly beach with sunbathing areas is around 50-150 m away, depending on the accommodation. Sun loungers for a fee.
