Dramalj is a charming and tranquil seaside resort on the Croatian Adriatic coast, located just a few kilometres from the town of Crikvenica and connected to it by a scenic coastal promenade. Nestled directly by the sea, the village offers a relaxed atmosphere – perfect for couples, families or anyone looking to unwind. Several coves with crystal-clear water, small beaches, and rocky plateaus invite visitors to swim and soak up the sun. Particularly popular is Cape Kačjak, with its nature trail and stunning views of the island of Krk. For those seeking a more active holiday, the surrounding area features well-marked cycling and hiking trails along the coast and into the verdant hinterland. The detached house features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. Outside, a welcoming terrace awaits with a swimming pool (8 x 4 m), sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, barbecue area, and a small children’s playground with a slide and swing. The nearest grocery store is approximately 1,8 km away and a restaurant can be reached at around 3 km. Additional amenities and shopping opportunities are available in the nearby town of Crikvenica, about 3,2 km away.

House for 4–6 persons: approx. 120 m², spread over two floors. The first floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living and dining area with a pull-out sofa (140 x 190 cm) for two people, a bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate WC with its own sink. The balcony is accessible via the main entrance. The second floor comprises two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. A shared balcony with sea view is accessible from the hallway on the upper floor. The ground floor of the house is neither rented nor inhabited.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
