The terraced hotel is located directly above its own marina, around ten minutes' walk from the town center via the waterfront promenade.

Facilities: Restaurant, aperitif bar, lounges, various stores and boutiques, ATM, terrace, snack bar at the marina, heated seawater swimming pool with terrace and sun loungers (included, limited number). Entertainment program with various sports activities. Limited parking in front of the hotel for a fee (approx. €15-25 per day, depending on the season). Hotel's own garage for a fee (approx. €16-27 per day depending on the season, limited number of spaces). WiFi internet available throughout the hotel (free of charge).

200 rooms: approx. 20 m², modern and newly furnished with telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi Internet (free of charge), minibar, safe, bath or shower/WC and balcony with sea view.
Superior double room: with two single beds (90x200 cm each), additional pull-out sofa (approx. 75x180 cm possible. 75x180 cm) possible.
Premium double room: with double bed (200x200 cm) and exclusive access to a shared terrace with sun loungers and heated seawater whirlpool.
Single room: approx. 16 m².

Meals: Breakfast buffet. Half board with evening buffet bookable for an extra charge.

Sport: Pilates, yoga, stretching, water gymnastics and guided walks as part of the entertainment program.

Beach: The public lido with concrete sunbathing areas, parasol and sun lounger hire is about 300 m away.

Pets: Dogs up to 25 kg allowed, for a fee (approx. €25 per day). Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beaches in Opatija. Violators face heavy fines. You will find a dog-friendly beach at the exit from Opatija in the direction of Ičići (approx. 1 km from the center of Opatija).
