Charming stone cottage for 3 in Funtana, only 600 m from the beach

This charming little cottage is located in the center of Funtana and offers accommodation for up to three guests. On the fully enclosed property you will find two sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue and a covered terrace with a summer kitchen (sink, gas stove) and a rustic bench with table – perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Funtana is located in the west of Istria between Poreč (7 km) and Vrsar (4 km) on the most rugged coastline of the peninsula with countless secluded bays and offshore islets. The small village offers shopping facilities, various restaurants, bars and cafes. There are numerous possibilities for excursions, such as the Aquapark Aquacolors (approx. 3,5 km) and the Dinopark (approx. 1 km), which is popular with families.

House for 3 persons: approx. 40 m², on two levels. The ground floor features a cosy open-plan living area with kitchenette and a guest WC. A narrow and steep staircase leads to the first floor/loft, where you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, TV and a bathroom with a shower.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Parking space for 1 car on the property (access is a bit narrow, larger cars might find it tight). Public parking is available 200–500 m away.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
