Description

The resort is located by the crystal blue sea and is primarily aimed at families with children. In addition to modern rooms and suites, the resort offers several freshwater pools, a varied entertainment program and various sports facilities. The resort consists of the Hotel Park Plava Laguna, the Garden Suites Park Plava Laguna and the Apartments and Villas Park Plava Laguna. The Garden Suites are located in small, two-storey buildings in the well-tended gardens.

Facilities: Air-conditioned restaurant, à la carte restaurant, lobby bar, lounges, lounge and entertainment room, elevator in the hotel, supervised storage room for bicycles and bike washing room, several freshwater swimming pools such as activity pool, relaxation pool, children's pool with water attractions and baby pool, pool bar with service in the water, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (free of charge, limited number), children's playground. Six times a week entertainment program for adults and children aged 4-8 years and 9-12 years (end of May to beginning of September), entertainment for teenagers aged 13-17 years (mid-June to end of August) as well as varied evening programs with live music and entertainment. Baby cribs available (free of charge, prior reservation required). Guarded and insured parking lot (approx. € 1.50 per day). WiFi internet available throughout the hotel and in the Garden Suites (free of charge).

91 suites: each approx. 32 m², modern and comfortably furnished, bedroom with double bed, separate living room with sofa bed (180x200 cm) or two sofa beds (80x200 cm each), air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), shower/WC, balcony or terrace. Room service available (for a fee). Baby crib available on request (free of charge).

Catering: Breakfast buffet. Half-board PLUS with extensive evening buffet and special buffet for children can be booked for an extra charge. Gala dinner once a week in high season (until the beginning of September).

Sport: 6 clay tennis courts, table tennis, bicycle rental.

Beach: The well-kept rocky beach with sunbathing areas, showers, sun loungers and parasols (for a fee) can be reached via the road, about 70-200 m away.

Pets: Only small, well-behaved dogs allowed in the Garden Suites for a fee (approx. € 17 per day).

Wellness-Center: The new wellness and spa area at Hotel Park offers a fitness center, various saunas and hydromassage pools. Massages and beauty treatments are also available (for a fee).

EXTRAS INCLUDED: When booking half board, drinks with dinner are included in the price - red and white wine, draught beer, soft drinks and mineral water from the vending machine. Lunchtime snack for children up to 14 years (e.g. sandwich or cake) as part of the entertainment program.

Poreč - Istria

Porec is the main tourist centre of Istria, situated in the central part of Istria’s west coast. Its history has ancient origins and all the people who have dominated here have left indelible traces, like the Jupiter temple from Roman times, the Roman house and the house of the two holy ones from the Romanesque period. Many Gothic buildings are constructed in the Venetian style as well as other cultural monuments. The best known monument in Porec is for certain the Eufrasian Basilica, from the VI century, where there are conserved some wonderful mosaics of the Byzantine age and which in 1997 was inscribed on the World Heritage List under the protection of UNESCO. The beginnings of tourism date back to the XIX century, but the largest developments were made in the middle of the 60's and at the beginning of the 70's, continuing up to the end of the 20th century. Today, Porec is a celebrated tourist location, with countless facilities for those who love activity vacations ashore or on the sea, but also for lovers of culture, families with children and above all for young people, who can pass pleasant moments in the innumerable bars in the historic town centre. The hinterland offers wine trails, possibilities to rent country houses, medieval small towns and only 8 km away, the opportunity to visit the most well known cave in Istria at Baredine.
