The one-bedroom apartment is located in Štinjan, a quiet suburb on the outskirts of Pula, only 1,1 km from Puntižela beach and 7 km from the historical city center. Pula awaits its visitors with numerous sights, restaurants, nightlife and shopping facilities. The most famous monument and landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, an amphitheater dating back to Roman times, which cannot only be visited, but also serves as a unique open-air stage for different concerts and movie events. Only 15 minutes by car from Pula is the fishing village of Fažana, from where excursion boats depart for the National Park of the Brijuni Islands, which are definitely worth a visit. The nearest restaurant is approximately 2,4 km away and a grocery store can be found about 1,5 km from the property. For additional daily needs, the town of Pula offers a variety shops and attractions.

Apartment for 2 persons: approx. 20 m², located on the ground floor. It consists of a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower.
