Moreover, in Medulin you will find the only sandy beach on the Istrian peninsula. To the next bigger city, Pula with its unique amphitheater and numerous other exciting sights it is only 12 km.
House for 8 persons: approx. 270 m² on two floors, modern and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, there is a bright living area with comfortable sofa set, open fireplace, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From here, you have direct access to the large terrace by the pool with barbecue fireplace and outdoor dining table. Furthermore, the ground floor offers a wheelchair accessible bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and TV, a wheelchair accessible bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and two bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom also has a small air-conditioned living area with TV and access to the shared balcony with comfy chairs and views of the pool. In addition, the first floor offers a small kitchenette with kettle, fridge and coffee maker. The recently completed studio apartment (30 m²) on the ground floor features a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, bathroom with shower, as well as a covered terrace with seating.
