Description
The traditional house is elevated above the harbor amidst palm and pine trees in the "Komrčar" city park.
Facilities: Premium hotel restaurant "Nobilis", à la carte restaurant "Veritas"
136 rooms: All rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and offer LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, WiFi Internet (free of charge), minibar, safe and shower/WC.
Double room: approx. 23-25 m², with double bed or two single beds, facing the park.
Double room sea side: approx. 16-24 m², facing the sea.
Superior double room: approx. 18-25 m², with double bed or two single beds with balcony facing the sea.
Double room with sofa: approx. 27-30 m², with double bed or two single beds, two sofa beds for children up to 11.99 years, facing the park.
Family room: consists of two double rooms with connecting door.
Catering: Half board with a rich breakfast buffet and buffet dinner in the Nobilis restaurant.
Sport: 3 clay tennis courts, table tennis, fitness studio, gym for group exercises, Stay Fit program with various sports activities, bike rental.
Beach: The beach below the park is about 400 m away. Sun loungers and parasols for a fee. Free shuttle service for hotel guests to the new "Val Padova Sandy Beach" at the Valamar Padova Hotel and to Carolina Beach on the Suha Punta peninsula.
Pets: Allowed on prior request, for a fee (approx. €38 per day).
Wellness-Center: Steam bath, bio sauna, Finnish sauna, whirlpool, atmospheric relaxation room, heated benches, nudist area, wellness bar, solarium. Various treatments are offered, such as massages, aromatherapy and various facial and body treatments. Access to the wellness center and services for a fee. Refreshing fruit, water and tea are included in the wellness offer.

Rab - Island of Rab - Kvarner Region
Rab, the capital of the island of the same name, is situated on the narrow peninsula in the south western part of the island. It is characterised by the medieval townscape with its narrow alleys and its typical bell towers. For the development of tourism the pleasant climate is important, as well as the clear sea, many cultural and historical monuments, beautiful nature and also the hospitality of the local population. This island is connected by ferries and speedboats with the mainland (port of Jablanac) and with the island of Krk.Rab offers many sport possibilities for guests who love active holidays: diving, water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, boat rental, parasailing, jet ski, tennis, beach volleyball, mini golf, bocce (boules), basketball, cycling, walking and many more.
In order to learn more about the city of Rab and its outskirts we recommend the interesting and unforgettable daily excursions; touring the island and the city of Rab, a panoramic “glass-boat” trip providing views of the bottom of the sea, or a trip to the nearby Plitvice Lakes National Park.
