The comfortably furnished house is located in the quaint Dalmatian village of Zemunik Gornji, just a 15-minute drive from Zadar and its numerous beaches. It accommodates up to 12 guests and is divided into two units, making it especially convenient for two families vacationing together. Surrounded by a 2500 m² plot, the villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. In addition to a private swimming pool (7 x 9,5 m) with a sun terrace and loungers, the well-maintained outdoor space features a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue. For mountain enthusiasts, a visit to Paklenica National Park is highly recommended. Zadar, the former capital of Dalmatia, is situated on a peninsula and is only 13 km away from the villa. Among its most iconic attractions are the world-famous Sea Organ ("morske orgulje") and the Greeting to the Sun ("pozdrav suncu"). Moreover, Zadar offers a wide range of dining and entertainment options. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are approximately 1,5 km away.

House for 10-12 persons: approx. 350 m² over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area with a pull-out couch (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and direct access to a covered terrace with seating and views of the pool. Additionally, the ground floor offers one bedroom with a double bed and optically separated shower/WC, another bedroom with a double bed, and a separate bathroom with shower. The first floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area with a pull-out couch (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning and direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with seating and offers views of the pool and the surrounding landscape. Furthermore, the first floor comprises one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony (10 m²) offering views of the countryside, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed and shower and WC integrated into the room, and a further bedroom with a double bed and an integrated shower. Air conditioning on the corridor of the first floor.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
