Description

Built in 1766 as a Baroque summer residence, this traditional house is located in the popular seaside resort of Tučepi right by the sea. Today, the historic walls conceal a small boutique hotel with elegantly furnished rooms.

Facilities: à la carte restaurant with terrace, bar and magnificent sea views, paid parking at the hotel (€10 per day). The facilities and services of the neighboring Hotel Bluesun Alga can also be used.

28 rooms: renovated and comfortably furnished with a double bed or two single beds, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), minibar, safe, shower/WC. Baby crib available on request (for a fee; €10 per day).
Double room standard: approx. 21 m², can also be booked facing the sea.
Suite: approx. 33 m², with living area with sofa, without balcony.
Suite balcony: approx. 26 m², with living area with sofa and balcony facing the park.
Suite balcony sea side: approx. 36 m², with living area with sofa and balcony facing the sea.

Catering: Breakfast buffet. Half board with dinner à la carte in the restaurant can be booked for an additional charge.

Sport: The "Slatina" sports center, approx. 300 m away, offers 5 clay tennis courts, soccer pitch, table tennis, bike hire, basketball, volleyball. Pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and banana boats on the beach. A fitness room is available in the neighboring Bluesun Hotel Alga.

Beach: The distance to the gently sloping fine gravel beach with sun lounger rental and beach bar is approx. 10 m. The beach is the longest beach in Tučepi and has been awarded the Blue Flag.

Pets: Dogs up to 15 kg allowed for a fee (€ 25 per day, plus € 100 deposit).
