The premium resort will open its doors in March 2026 and consists of the elegant Hotel Pical (5*), the Pical Family Hotel (5*) and the exclusive Pical Suites (5*). While the Hotel Pical offers stylish rooms by the sea, the Pical Family Hotel promises a family-friendly all-inclusive vacation with an extensive leisure program. The luxurious Pical Suites pamper guests with exclusive V Level service to meet the highest demands. The resort is idyllically located in the heart of the Parenzana Beach Park and offers modern rooms as well as a variety of culinary delights for a first-class vacation experience. Guests can relax by the pools, enjoy the beautiful beaches or unwind in the Mediterranean-inspired spa, while families and sports enthusiasts can discover numerous leisure activities such as cycling and hiking trails, tennis courts and water sports.

Facilities: Three buffet restaurants with show cooking and five further à la carte restaurants, seven bars including a rooftop bar and piano bar, three beach bars as well as a patisserie and beach club. Aqua Adventure pool complex on 3000 m² with infinity pool (approx. 730 m²) children's pool (approx. 100 m²) and baby pool (approx. 70 m²) with water attractions, heated indoor-outdoor pool (approx. 200 m²) with water slides and heated baby pool with water attractions in the indoor area, 25 m sports pool and exclusive V Level area. 209 rooms at the Pical Family Hotel: spacious rooms with double bed (200x200 cm), smart room system with light control, air conditioning, flat screen TV, portable telephone, Nespresso machine, kettle and tea and coffee selection, minibar, safe, hairdryer, beach bag with flip-flops, turn-down service, bathroom with shower and double washbasin, separate WC and balcony. Children's set with bathtub, potty and cosmetic set as well as baby crib (for a fee, € 5 per day) available on request.
In addition, a communal kitchen with microwave, ice maker and filtered water is available on each floor.
Double room sea side: approx. 29 m² with additional day bed (100x200 cm) as an additional sleeping option and balcony facing the sea.
Family room: approx. 31 m², separate room separated by a sliding door with two day beds (100x200 cm each) as an additional sleeping option, optionally bookable with balcony facing the park or sea.

Catering: Full board "All Inclusive" - consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks from extensive buffets in the "Quattro Terre" restaurant, with live and show cooking, pizza station, NutriKids corner for babies and ice cream cart. Including soft drinks, beer and wine from the vending machine for lunch and dinner.

Sport: Modern fitness center open around the clock on 200 m², Bike Center Poreč with bike rental, pump track, bike storage room, bike washing area and repair service, tennis center with 15 clay courts, heated 25m indoor pool, multifunctional sports court for basketball, volleyball, mini soccer and badminton, two beach volleyball courts, adventure mini golf. Water sports center with SUP, kayak, jet ski and boat rental, stay-fit program with various group courses such as Zumba, yoga, aquarobics as well as guided bike tours, SUP school and snorkeling excursions (by appointment).

Beach: The family-friendly Pical beach and pebble Parentino beach with sunbathing lawn and paved sunbathing areas, both surrounded by shady pine trees with parasol and sun lounger hire, beach towel service and beach bar, can only be reached via the promenade. At the paved Sundance Beach, you can expect an all-round service with high-quality sun loungers by the infinity pool and afternoon DJ sets right by the sea.

Wellness-Center: The spa area is open all year round and offers 5 different saunas, including a salt sauna with halotherapy, Mediterranean steam bath and a Finnish outdoor sauna, relaxation area with four themed zones, exclusive treatment areas for beauty and wellness treatments (for a fee).
