The comfortable hotel, consisting of the main building, the Residence opposite (50 m) and the new Garden Suites Umag, is located in the Punta vacation center.

Sports for a fee: There are 8 tennis courts, bike hire and beach volleyball at the nearby Punta sports center (100 m). Sailing, surfing and diving are also on offer.

Beach: The rocky beach with sunbathing areas and partly sandy seabed, showers, beach bar, sun loungers and parasols (free of charge, limited number) is 30-100 m away through the park.

Pets: Not permitted.

Wellness-Center: "Istrian Relax Village": The wellness center, decorated in Istrian style, extends over 1600 m² on a total of three floors. In addition to three whirlpools, massage, relaxation room and fitness room, there is also a Finnish sauna, a Roman sauna and an Istrian bio-sauna. There is also a beauty center with various beauty treatments and applications, such as peelings with sea minerals, Cleopatra's mud bath and various massages. All services for a fee.
