Built around an old castle and consisting of two buildings, the hotel is located on the small island of the same name off Rovinj. Hourly boat connection to the old town from 5:30-00:30 (5-minute ride, included in the price). The guarded parking lot is located on the mainland and is approx. 1000 m from the boat landing stage. The reception for guests arriving by car is also located at the boat landing stage.

Facilities: Restaurant, lobby bar, Blue Bar, Batimar snack bar on the beach, two seawater swimming pools, separate children's pool, pool bar, sun loungers and parasols (free of charge, limited number). Entertainment programs for children and adults, Mini Club 4-12 years (daily except Saturdays). Private parking on the mainland (included in the price). WiFi internet available throughout the hotel (free of charge).

Old Town Room: approx. 18-20 m², with a view over the sea to the old town of Rovinj.
Family Suite: approx. 26-35 m², in the adjoining building, also has a children's room with bunk beds or two single beds.
Executive Suite: approx. 38-50 m², in the annexe, bedroom with double bed (180 x 190 cm) and separate living room with pull-out couch, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC.
Deluxe Suite Belvedere: approx. 60 m², in the annexe, bedroom with double bed, separate children's room with bunk beds, living room with terrace, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC.
