This holiday home is located in the village of Zmijavci, nestled in the hinterland of Dalmatia, just 8 km from the town of Imotski. The surrounding area features natural highlights such as the Blue Lake (Modro Jezero), the Red Lake (Crveno Jezero), the Vrljika River, and a variety of scenic trails ideal for walking and cycling. Yet, the sea is not far – the popular beaches of Baška Voda and Promajna are approximately 30 km away and easily accessible by car. The nearest grocery store is just 250 m from the house and a restaurant can be found in about 2 km. In addition to its lovingly furnished interior with four bedrooms, the property offers an outdoor terrace with a dining area and barbecue, as well as a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with sun loungers. For added leisure, guests can enjoy a swing, table tennis, and a trampoline.

House for 8 persons: approx. 170 m², spread across two floors. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a comfortable seating set and air conditioning, and a bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms – three with double beds and one with two single beds. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower, as well as a separate WC.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Parking for up to three vehicles is available on the premises. The owner lives in the front part of the house and has a separate entrance.
