The hotel was renovated for the 2026 season and is located in a quiet area close to the beach, nestled in pine forests. The historic old town of Poreč is just a ten-minute walk away.
Facilities: Main restaurant with show cooking, à-la-carte restaurant "Oliva Grill", Sunny Bar, Valfresco Vitrine 24/7 with sandwiches, salads and desserts, digital library, new Play Zone with Smart Play and Soft Play game areas, Game Lounge with games consoles, "Aquamar" water park expected to open at the end of June 2026 with 5 different seawater and freshwater pools with a total of 1.378 m² of water surface, including a relaxation and activity pool as well as separate baby and children's pools with water games and 5 water slides as well as a large sun terrace with pool bar, parasols and sun loungers (included in the price, limited number). Guarded, partially shaded parking lot (for a fee; € 3 per day). WiFi internet available throughout the hotel (free of charge).
206 rooms: renovated and modernly furnished with air conditioning, LCD TV, telephone, WiFi internet (free of charge), safe, mini fridge, bathroom with shower/WC and balcony facing the park. Baby crib available on request (for a fee, €5 per day).
Double room: approx. 17 m², with double bed or two single beds.
Triple room: approx. 19-21 m², with double bed (180x200 cm) and sofa bed (80x195 cm).
Family room: approx. 23-25 m², one double bed (180x200 cm) and two sofa beds (80x195 cm each).
Single room: approx. 16 m² with double bed (140x200 cm).
Catering: Full board - rich breakfast followed by a brunch buffet from 7 am to 1 pm, water and soft drinks from the vending machine included. In the evening rich buffet from 7 pm to 9 pm. Drinks are not included with dinner.
Sport - for a fee: Valamar Sport Point nearby with mini golf, table tennis, beach volleyball, bike rental and various water sports, as well as 16 clay tennis courts and tennis school. The diving center 200 meters away offers diving courses from May to October and diving equipment rental.
Beach: The well-kept, Blue Flag pebble and rocky beach with shady sunbathing lawns, stone areas, beach bar, children's playground, changing rooms, showers, water sports activities and barbecue restaurant is around 200 m away.
Pets: Allowed on request (for a fee; € 25 per day).

Poreč - Istria
Porec is the main tourist centre of Istria, situated in the central part of Istria’s west coast. Its history has ancient origins and all the people who have dominated here have left indelible traces, like the Jupiter temple from Roman times, the Roman house and the house of the two holy ones from the Romanesque period. Many Gothic buildings are constructed in the Venetian style as well as other cultural monuments. The best known monument in Porec is for certain the Eufrasian Basilica, from the VI century, where there are conserved some wonderful mosaics of the Byzantine age and which in 1997 was inscribed on the World Heritage List under the protection of UNESCO. The beginnings of tourism date back to the XIX century, but the largest developments were made in the middle of the 60's and at the beginning of the 70's, continuing up to the end of the 20th century. Today, Porec is a celebrated tourist location, with countless facilities for those who love activity vacations ashore or on the sea, but also for lovers of culture, families with children and above all for young people, who can pass pleasant moments in the innumerable bars in the historic town centre. The hinterland offers wine trails, possibilities to rent country houses, medieval small towns and only 8 km away, the opportunity to visit the most well known cave in Istria at Baredine.Excursions available: Venice, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Brijuni National Park, canoe safari, jeep safari, “Fish Picnic” boat excursion, visit to the city of Pula, Istria tour, visit to the Postojna coves in Slovenia, the famous Lipizzaner stud farm, Zagreb and many more.
