The house, containing four apartments, is located in Funtana. Funtana lies in western Istria, between Poreč (7 km) and Vrsar (4 km), on the peninsula's most rugged coastline, with countless bays and small offshore islands. The small town center is just 300 m from the apartments and offers shops, various restaurants, bars, and cafes. There are numerous excursion options in the surrounding area, such as the Aquapark Aquacolors (approx. 3,5 km) and the popular Dinopark (approx 1 km).

1 apartment for 4-5 persons AP1: approx. 100 m², on the first floor. It consists of a living and kitchen area with access to the balcony, air conditioning, one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed for one child up to 15,99 years old, as well as another bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a shared balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

1 apartment for 2–3 persons AP2: approx. 50 m², on the second floor. It consists of a living and kitchen area with a pull-out couch for one child up to 15,99 years old, air conditioning, and access to the balcony. Furthermore, there is one bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

1 apartment for 2–3 persons AP3: approx. 50 m², on the second floor. It consists of a living and kitchen area with a pull-out couch for one child up to 15,99 years old and access to the balcony. Furthermore, there is one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

1 studio for 2–3 persons ST1: approx. 35 m², on the second floor. Combined living and sleeping area with air conditioning, double bed, sofa bed for one child up to 15,99 years old, kitchenette and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Further details: On the ground floor of the house, there is an entrance area with a shared area. From here, stairs lead to the apartments. WiFi Internet is available free of charge. One parking space per apartment is provided. At a distance of approx. 50 to 100 m, there is a shared outdoor area with barbecue, summer kitchen (sink, refrigerator), table and chairs, sun loungers and table tennis, available to guests of several properties of the same owner.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
