The comfortable stone house is situated in the village of Zemunik Donji, about 15 km east of Zadar and just a short drive from the many pebble beaches of Sukošan. The house is tastefully furnished in traditional style and offers four spacious bedrooms and all the comforts and amenities needed for a pleasant stay. A special feature is that guests can enjoy barbecuing both indoors and outdoors, because the large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen offers a fireplace grill, and the covered outdoor seating area with a rustic dining table in front of the house is also equipped with a large barbecue. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a garden, a private swimming pool (6 × 4 m, depth 1,50 m), a sun terrace with comfortable loungers, and an outdoor shower. For mountain enthusiasts, a visit to Paklenica National Park is highly recommended. Zadar, the former capital of Dalmatia, is situated on a peninsula and is only 15 km away from the house. Among its most iconic attractions are the world-famous Sea Organ ("morske orgulje") and the Greeting to the Sun ("pozdrav suncu"). Moreover, Zadar offers a wide range of dining and entertainment options.
House for 10 persons: approx. 150 m² on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with couch, dining table, open grill and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, underfloor heating and air conditioning. In addition, the ground floor offers a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The attic has one bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an additional single bed. The bedrooms in the attic are equipped with air conditioning and TV. There is also a bathroom with bathtub in the attic and a bathroom with shower.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
Further details: WiFi available free of charge. The little guests can look forward to their own playground with swing, seesaw and sandpit as well as the company of a small pony, rabbits, a goat and a small flock of happy chickens. Especially children, who are at home in the city, enjoy the experience to get the breakfast egg "directly from the producer". The animals live on a part of the property, which is inhabited by your landlord. Your privacy will not be disturbed in any way and you have the advantage of having a local contact person at any time if you require anything.
