The house with four apartments is located in Sukošan, a place about 8 km south of Zadar. Guests have access to a shared summer kitchen equipped with a sink, a grill, a table, and benches. Sukošan boasts a long history dating back to Roman times. The old town is characterized by narrow streets and historic buildings, including the Church of St. Casimir and the ruins of the ancient city walls. For mountain enthusiasts, a visit to Paklenica National Park (approx. 47 km) is highly recommended. Zadar, the former capital of Dalmatia, is situated on a peninsula and is only 8 km away from the apartments. Among its most iconic attractions are the world-famous Sea Organ ("morske orgulje") and the Greeting to the Sun ("pozdrav suncu"). Moreover, Zadar offers a wide range of dining and entertainment options. The nearest shops and restaurants are approximately 800 m away.
