The apartment complex, with a total of 205 units, is located in a pine forest and offers plenty of space for sports and relaxation in nature. It borders directly on the beach promenade, which leads all the way to the center of the old fishing village of Seget. Trogir is approximately 4 km away.

Facilities: Reception, restaurant with terrace, Dalmatian tavern, beach restaurant, pizzeria, new swimming pool, laundry, supermarket, safe at the reception desk. Sports and daytime activities for adults and a mini club for children from approximately July 1 to August 31. Free Wi-Fi. Parking available for a fee (€5 per day).

Superior Studio for 2 people: approx. 31 sq. ft., air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a separate living room with a small kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle), bathroom with shower/toilet, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, telephone, and WiFi (free). "Superior A" Apartment for 2–3 people: approx. 42 sq. ft., bedroom with two single beds, living area with small kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle), dining area, sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children up to 11.99 years old (200 x 160 cm), bathroom with shower/toilet, hair dryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, telephone, and free Wi-Fi. Furnished balcony with a view of the pine forest. The Superior A apartments are located on the ground floor and feature a furnished terrace. Also available with a sea view."Superior B" Apartment for 4–5 people: approx. 46 m², two bedrooms with two single beds, living area with small kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle), dining area, sofa bed for 1 child up to 11.99 years old (180 x 80 cm), bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, telephone, and WiFi (free). Furnished balcony with a view of the pine forest. The Superior B apartments are located on the 1st floor and feature a furnished balcony. Also available with a sea view.

Meals: Room only. Breakfast, half-board, and full-board with buffet meals are available for an additional fee.

Sport: Multipurpose sports field for badminton, handball, basketball, and mini-soccer, as well as mini-golf, tennis, and bike rentals (for a fee).

Beach: You can reach the sandy and pebble beach, which features concrete sunbathing areas and showers, via the promenade. Beach umbrellas (for a fee) and various water sports activities (for a fee) are available.

Pets: Only small dogs weighing up to 7 kg are allowed upon request (for a fee). From June 27 to September 4, the fee is €15 per day; otherwise, it is €10 per day.

Note: No security deposit required. Final cleaning, dish towels and hand towels (changed twice a week), and bed linens (changed weekly) are included. A crib is available upon request (for a fee of €6 per day).
