This comfortable villa for 16 people is located near Rogoznica, in the village of Zečevo Rogozničko, on a 2,500 m² enclosed property available exclusively for your private use. Perfectly suited for several families or a larger group of friends, the villa consists of four separate units with a total of eight bedrooms, rented exclusively as a single property. Look forward to your private swimming pool (7 x 3,5 m) with sun terrace, outdoor shower, and comfortable sun loungers. A particular highlight is the separate wellness area in the garden, equipped with a jacuzzi as well as a bathroom with shower. In nearby Rogoznica, just 2 km away, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and beautiful promenades for leisurely strolls. Rogoznica is especially renowned for the modern Marina Frapa and the fascinating Dragon’s Eye Lake (“Zmajevo oko”), a saltwater lake approximately 60 meters deep, whose oval shape resembles an eye and is considered one of the region’s most remarkable natural phenomena.
House for 16 persons: approx. 250 m², over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a living and dining area with air conditioning, two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and a shared bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower, accessible via a separate entrance. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where three self-contained residential units are located. The first unit consists of an apartment with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a smaller living area with kitchenette and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. The second unit features two bedrooms connected by an open passage, air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. The third unit includes a bedroom with a double bed, a couch, air conditioning, access to the balcony, and a bathroom with shower.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
Further details: WiFi Internet is available free of charge. Parking is provided for up to 10 cars on the premises. In autumn, guests are welcome to experience the olive harvest, if desired. Your hosts also offer homemade products such as olive oil. For entertainment, there is foosball inside the house, and outdoors you will find a table tennis and a badminton net. Youth groups are welcome in this house.
Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
