Booking Information

If you like the selected object, the price and the travel date, you can book your trip online immediately.

Please fill in all fields marked with *, in detail:

  • Name of the person registering for the trip, billing address, e-mail address and phone
  • Names of all participants, for children also the date of birth
  • Possible remarks or customer wishes: Customer wishes are not binding, they will be forwarded by us to the service providers, but will not become part of the travel contract.
  • The method of payment you have chosen, either invoice or credit card. Please note that for bookings made 7 days or more before arrival, only payment by credit card is possible.
  • If paying by credit card, the corresponding credit card details.
  • Now click on “continue to overview of your entries” at the bottom right.
  • Please check all details, especially the correct spelling of all participant names according to your identity card or passport.
  • Please confirm that you have read and understood the terms of travel and payment.
  • Please note the pre-contractual information required by law regarding package tours, entry requirements, booking information, etc.
  • If all information is correct, please click on “Make a binding booking now” at the bottom right for a binding booking.

Should you require assistance in entering your online booking, our employees are available to assist you Monday to Friday from 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am–1:00 pm on 089 23 11 000 (from Austria 0720 90 23 23, from UK 020 38 07 09 11, from other countries +49 89 23 11 000).

Of course you can also book your trip with I.D. Riva Tours by phone. You can reach the friendly staff at our reservation centre on +49 89 23 11 000 (from Austria 0720 90 23 23, from UK 020 38 07 09 11, from other countries +49 89 23 11 000), Monday to Friday from 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am–1:00 pm. If you book by telephone, we require the same data from you as described above under “Online booking”. In addition, you can choose whether you would like to receive the travel confirmation/invoice by e-mail or by post.

Within a few minutes after your online booking, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your booking by e-mail. In case of any queries, please always quote your 6-digit booking number (or invoice number), which you received with the confirmation of receipt. You will receive the detailed booking confirmation/invoice and the legally required information by e-mail on the next working day at the latest.

Upon receipt of our travel confirmation/invoice a deposit of 20% of the travel price (25% for charter of ships) is due. The remaining payment is due 30 days before the start of the journey. In the case of short-term bookings from 30 days before the start of the journey, the entire travel price is payable immediately upon receipt of the travel confirmation/invoice.

  • You can pay either by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
  • If you have chosen “invoice” as your method of payment, please transfer the deposit to our account which is stated on the travel confirmation/invoice. Please make the final payment punctually 30 days before the start of your journey. You will not receive a separate request for the final payment.
  • If you have chosen “credit card” as payment method, we will debit your credit card account with the deposit after sending the travel confirmation/invoice. The remaining amount will be debited automatically 30 days before departure. For short-term bookings from 30 days before the start of the trip, the total price of the trip will be debited from your credit card account after sending the travel confirmation/invoice.
  • For bookings from 7 days before the start of the trip, payment is only possible by credit card.
  • If you pay by “invoice” and book from 10 days before the start of your journey, we ask you to send us the payment confirmation by e-mail to buchhaltung@idriva.de or by fax to 089 23 11 00 26 (from abroad +49 89 23 11 00 26).
  • It is not possible to change the payment method after booking.

Approximately three weeks before the start of the journey – but only after full payment of the travel price – we will send you the travel documents by email. The travel documents consist of a voucher for the booked accommodation and important information on the destination.

If, contrary to expectations, you have not received any travel documents from us up to seven (7) days before departure, we would ask you to notify us immediately by phone on 089 23 11 000 (from Austria 0720 90 23 23, from UK 020 38 07 09 11, from other countries +49 89 23 11 000), so that we can send you the travel documents by e-mail.

It may happen that the property you have chosen is no longer available because our contingent is already fully booked or has expired due to the short-term nature of the contract. In this case there is often the possibility to start a binding booking enquiry for you. Enquiry means that we will ask the desired object especially for you whether a (further) room or apartment can be made available at the existing conditions. The processing time is usually 1 to 3 working days. A booking enquiry is always binding and can only be started by us through an explicit booking request on your part.
