The new Molum Hotel is located directly on the Adriatic coast near Sveti Filip i Jakov and is part of the Molum Hotel and Residences complex. It is ideal for couples and families who appreciate a modern atmosphere and relaxation near the beach.

Facilities: 24-hour front desk, à la carte restaurant “Maisa” with terrace, “Maisa” bar, two heated outdoor freshwater pools (approx. 184 m² and approx. 123 m²) with a sun deck featuring lounge chairs and umbrellas (limited availability, free of charge), heated children’s pool (approx. 199 m²) with water features and adjacent children’s playground, “Mur” pool bar, entertainment for adults and children (April 1–October 31, 2026) with the Molum Kids’ Club, wellness area, and fitness center. Free Wi-Fi. Secure parking at the hotel (for a fee, €12 per day).

60 rooms and suites: modern and comfortable, equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with walk-in shower/toilet, hairdryer, and furnished balcony; room service (for a fee). A crib is available upon request (free of charge).
Superior Double Room: approx. 21–23 m², balcony facing the park.
Deluxe Double Room: approx. 23 m², balcony with ocean view.
Superior Family Suite: approx. 45–48 sq. ft., bedroom with double bed (180x200), living area with small kitchenette (coffee maker, kettle) and pull-out sofa (180x200) for one additional person, balcony facing the park.
Deluxe Family Suite: approx. 41–47 sq. ft., equipped like the Superior Family Suite, balcony with ocean view.

Meals: Extensive breakfast buffet; half-board available for an additional fee.

Sport: A modern, well-equipped fitness room. As part of our fitness program, we offer stretching exercises and yoga by the pool.

Pets: Dogs are allowed upon request, for a fee (€25 per day).

Beach: The nearby pebble beach, where you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas, is just about 200 meters away along the promenade.

Wellness-center: The "Noku Spa" features a Finnish sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, and hot tub, and is free of charge for hotel guests. Beauty treatments and massages are available for a fee.
