Description
The Škarica family has been sailing our routes from Zadar with the wooden motor sailer MS Dalmatino for years. The focus is on our cycling routes in the early and late season. In order to offer our guests more comfort, the family decided a few years ago to build a new ship. Thus, for the 2020 season, the family's new ship – the "MY Voyage" in the deluxe category – set sail, with son Roko firmly at the helm.
General data: Length 44 m, built in 2020. 37 beds in 18 cabins with individually controllable air conditioning, safe, LCD-TV, hair dryer, and shower/toilet.
Lower deck: 4 double cabins with queen-size bed, 2 twin cabins with separate beds which can be made up to double beds if desired*, 2 triple cabins with separate beds, two of which can be made up to a double bed*.
Main deck: 3 double cabins with queen-size bed, 4 twin cabins with separate beds which can be made up to double beds if desired*, 2 double cabins with separate beds, 1 single cabin.

Other: Sun deck (250 m2) with 37 sun loungers and whirl pool, bathing platform with showers at the stern. Saloon with air conditioning for 37 guests on the upper deck, comfortable seating sets for about 20 persons in the lounge area on the covered upper deck right behind the saloon. Depending on weather conditions, this part can be closed with a tarpaulin. Cabins are cleaned and towels are changed daily.

Between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm embarkation in the port of Zadar. If you are travelling to Zadar by your own car, you can drive into the port and directly to your ship from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at the latest. Here you can unload your luggage. Our service team will help you to bring your luggage on board, which will first be left on deck until the cabins are ready for occupancy at 11:30 am. Then take your car to the parking garage reserved via I.D. Riva Tours and return to the port on foot (approx. 700 m). After embarkation, our tour guide will greet you with a welcome drink and get to know the crew and fellow passengers. We set sail and first set course for one of the countless islands in the area, where we take the first bathing break of our trip. We continue towards Vodice, a lively holiday resort. Overnight stay in Vodice.
The port of embarkation for passengers depends on flight times. If you book your flight and transfer via I.D. Riva Tours and arrive at Zadar airport by 12:00 noon, embarkation in Zadar is guaranteed; if you arrive later, embarkation will be at the first port of accommodation.
A few miles further south we leave the Adriatic and turn into the mouth of the river Krka. We head upstream and anchor in Skradin, just before the famous Krka waterfalls. This is also where the boats depart to take you to the National Park. Opportunity to visit the "Skradinski Buk", with 800 m the longest and probably most famous part of the waterfalls. An impressive natural spectacle, as here the Krka falls in 17 steps with cascades up to 100 m wide. Entrance fee to the National Park incl. boat transfer € 20 € (April, May, October) resp. € 40 (June-September), payable on site. After visiting the national park, we head for Šibenik. Šibenik, first mentioned in 1066, is the youngest of the larger towns on the coast, but also the oldest in Croatia. It was not founded by Greeks, Romans or Byzantines, but by Croats. The most famous building in the fortress-like old town is the Cathedral of St. James, the most important Renaissance monument in Croatia. After a city tour, opportunity for dinner in one of the restaurants and overnight stay.
We leave Šibenik and return to the Adriatic. After about 90 minutes' drive we reach our first destination, Primošten, whose picturesque old town is situated on a peninsula. Originally an islet, the settlement was connected to the mainland by an artificial causeway in the 16th century. Here you have the opportunity to stroll through the old town before we set sail again and, after lunch on board, call at a bay for a bathing break. We then set course for Split, the capital of Dalmatia. Split's main attraction is the old town, which grew out of Diocletian's Palace. The complex, which belongs to the World Cultural Heritage, houses houses, churches, cafés… places full of flair between 1700 year old Roman walls! The evening is at your disposal to stroll through the old town. Overnight stay in the port of Split.

We depart from the harbor and, after a refreshing swim break, continue our journey to Trogir, often referred to as the "museum city" due to its UNESCO-protected old town. Strolling through its narrow, cobbled streets in the afternoon or evening is a true delight, offering glimpses of medieval archways and enchanting courtyards. A guided tour of the old town will be followed by the opportunity to enjoy dinner at one of the many charming restaurants.
Today we weigh anchor and set course for the island of Drvenik Veli, where we spend today's swimming break in one of the bays. After lunch on board, we start the engine again and head towards the idyllic island of Zlarin. In the afternoon we moor in the small harbour of the fishing village of the same name. Opportunity for dinner in one of Zlarin's restaurants and overnight stay.
"On the last day of creation, God wished to crown his handiwork, so out of tears, stars and breath he created the Kornati Islands," wrote the Irish writer George Bernard Shaw. They are the largest and densest collection of islands in the Adriatic Sea – 147 islands, islets and reefs stretch for about 35 km. We sail the entire length of this nautical paradise, which was declared a national park in 1980. Of course, we will anchor in one of the beautiful bays with their crystal clear water for an extensive bathing break. Our destination today is the Telašćica Nature Park, a protected bay that is cut about ten kilometres deep into the island of Dugi Otok. Striking features are the steep cliffs up to 161 m high and the saltwater lake Mir, which are only a few minutes' walk from the ship's landing stage. Overnight stay in the Telašćica Nature Park.
We leave the Telašćica Nature Park and head for one of the bays on the island of Ugljan for a last extensive swimming break before returning to the starting point of our cruise. After arriving in Zadar, our tour guide will be waiting for you for a guided tour of the old town surrounded by mighty walls. She will show you the most important sights – e.g. the Roman Forum, the round church of Sveti Donat, the cathedral of Sveta Stošija and the sea organs, unique in the world, whose sound and "melodies" are determined solely by the waves. Overnight stay in Zadar.
After breakfast, disembarkation until 9:00 am.

* If the night-time temperatures are not too high, the overnight stay in Mali Lošinj on Wednesday will not take place. We will instead stay in a secluded bay and visit Mali Lošinj for about two hours on Thursday morning. The same applies to Valun on Thursday. Overnight stay in the Bay of Nedomisje, not far from the town of Cres, and a visit to the town of Cres on Friday morning.
* In the event of high night-time temperatures we will have to stay in places with an electrical hook-up, because otherwise the air conditioning will not work during the night.
* In the event of bad weather or rain, port stays in the overnight stay locations will be extended, since (sun-) bathing will in any case be impossible.
* Adverse weather conditions can result in minor changes to the route.
* All the times listed are estimated and may vary.
* The route can also be sailed in the opposite direction.
* Nudity is permitted on the sun deck (also during the journey), in secluded coves and on (unofficial) naturist beaches.
* Nudity is not allowed in the saloon and when sailing into port, and bathing costumes must be worn as a minimum.

Port of Zadar - Northern Dalmatia
The inhabitants of Zadar proudly call their city: “Najlipši grad na svitu” (“The most beautiful city in the world”). The former capital of Dalmatia is situated on a peninsula bordered by two “Rivas”. The side facing the mainland is simply called “Riva” – here ferries and passenger ships anchor and fishermen bring their catch ashore every morning. On the other side, facing the island, lays the “New Riva” – the perfect setting to stroll along the waterfront, where lovers meet for their rendezvous; since a few years, it is the only place in the world, where you can listen to the unique melodies of the Sea Organs. Embedded between the Rivas, you will discover one of the most beautiful old towns in Dalmatia. The traffic-free main street (called “Kalelarga”), with its boutiques and cafes, is the lifeline of the city. On both sides of the street, you will find picturesque alleys in which the “Klapa” intone their songs of sheer joy. Magnificent historical buildings, such as the circular church of St. Donat, the Cathedral of Sveta Stošija, the Roman Forum and many other fascinating places are waiting to be discovered!Sojourn tax and harbour fees are not included in the prices and are payable in cash on board upon embarkation. These are € 49 per person and week, € 24 for children up to 12 years.
Tip recommendation: You will certainly be happy to reward the service crew’s performance with a tip. We recommend an amount from € 10-15 per cabin and day.
